| Q: Can you make OEM, ODM order? |
| A: Yes, we can. Pls just send us your artwork, sketch, design or your idea, we can make it into real. |
| Q: How can I get some samples? |
| A: We are very pleased to provide you the samples. The samples will normally need around 10-14days. We will charge you the sample fee and the express freight shall be collect. Of course, we will refund you the sample fee when you place the order to us. |
| Q: What's is your delivery time? |
| A: Our normal delivery time is around 60-70days. But it also depends on the time you place the order and your order quantity. |
| Q: What's your payment term? |
| A: We accept T/T, L/C at sight, Ali pay, Paypal, Western Union, Trade Assurance etc. Order amount<=USD3000, 100% payment in advance, and USD200.00 handling charge is needed. Order amount>USD3000, 30% deposit in advance, the balance before shipment or against the copy of B/L. |
